Adding comment.php to my blog theme

  I need to add comments to my blog but don’t see a comment php. in my theme. (Memory Child)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Comments are part of the Core WordPress software, though, and the Jetpack plugin you’re using also comes with its own comments system. You can enable comments at WP-Admin ->Settings ->Discussion – I’ve never heard that it’s necessary to modify any file in a theme to enable comments on a site.
