Adding Contact Form

  Every time I try and add a contact form the code comes up and then when I go to publish, it totally vanishes, I’ve tried it a number of times, can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong or is something else at fault?

  Here are the contact form instructions. Will you please post an active link to the post or page you are trying to place the contact form code on so we can examine it?

  All you do is edit that page and type in the contact form shortcode [contact-form] and publish the page. If you wish you can chose another shortcodcode that suits your needs > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#shortcode-reference
