Adding Contact Form In Twenty Ten Not Working Well
-
Hello all. I recently discovered the ‘add contact form’ feature. My initial use of it was limited. It seemed to go well. I added it and it was there. I have a page on my blog called ‘Books And Authors I’ve Read’ and it’s going to be long. I am therefore employing the ‘next page’ feature. I got the idea to add a ‘add contact form’ at the bottom of each page within the page. And it’s just not working. As far as I can tell, the form sometimes appears and sometimes doesn’t. And it may be that it disappears after appearing!
Does anyone know anything about this?
Thanks.

Okay. I just tried something different. I simply copied the code and pasted it in the places that I wanted to see the form. That worked. Trying to click on the ‘add contact form’ provided didn’t work, except once. Interesting.

Why have dozens of contact forms, why not put a single contact form on a page – then put a link to that page each time you want to encourage someone to contact you – then you only have one form and the code with it

The page is divided into pages. Someone who goes to page 3 for example, but not any other page, will therefore see a contact form that he or she would not otherwise see.

It also helps the reader to not get lost. Each page is manageable in length, presenting a limited number of books and/or authors.
