Adding contact form to a page, errors
-
I’ve been trying to add a contact form (Name, email, website and comment) to a page, and adding it is successful, but upon saving the changes to the page and viewing the page, the form has disappeared. Anyone know how to fix that?
Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t know how exactly you are trying to add the form but the easiest way is to use the icons shown on your editor window. The icons are as follows:
In the above picture, it is the third (3rd) icon you need to insert the form.
1) create a new PAGE (not a post)
2) In the editor window look for the above icons)
3) Hover over the three icons one by one to see what they are for.Good luck.

Hi
That’s exactly what I’ve been doing, the form just disappears when the page is published. -
Have you tried working in HTML mode and then inserting the form? To do this,
1) Click on HTML tab,
2) Enter the title of the page;
3) Insert the Form,
4) Preview itGood luck.

Just type this code in the HTML editor. It works same and well.[contact-form]For details, http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ -
Thank you both, it’s worked now, however it has all of my information in the required fields?

It is because you are logged in. Once you logout, there won’t be any fields pre-filled. It is just for you to see how it looks when you are still building it.
Good luck.
