  i have the elegant grunge theme. Can I put words or photos in the top and side areas that are not part of the post or columns section? )the colored areas? I can only find info on how to put stuff into the post or formatted column areas.

  Hi there, it’s possible to add content in the three widget areas, where I see you’ve already added some widgets:

  1. Primary Widget Area
  2. Secondary Widget Area
  3. Footer Widget Area

  Yes, thank you. I am wondering if there is any way to add content (a picture or a design) to the light blue/grey and dark grey areas to add more personalization to my site. If not, I may need to choose another theme to have more personalization options??./??

  Hi there,

  Kathryn’s out for the day, but I wanted to get back to you so that you weren’t left waiting over the weekend!

  Unfortunately there isn’t a way for you to add content in the far sides of your blog (the light grey areas), however you can add a header image to the top section (the dark grey area). You can do so by going in your account’s Dashboard to Appearance >> Header and then adding an image for your header.
