adding content to separate pages

  Hi,

  When I do a new post it always comes up as a thread on my main home screen.
  How do I then add this same post to another page on my blog?
  Is there a way to add catergories to assist in searching my blog?
  I have tried to add widgets and things but they don’t seem to be appearing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
