Adding contributor/Author to my blog

  Hello,
  I am trying to add additional authors/contributors to my wordpress site. I looked into the FAQ but can’t seem to find the correct information. The info seems to be different from what I can access within my settings in the dashboard.

  If you have can please let me know where I am going wrong, so I can make the necessary changes.
