Adding copyright at the bottom of Oxygen Theme

  Hi, I would like to add copyright to the bottom of my WordPress Oxygen theme website. Not that au fait with CSS so layman terms would be really appreciated. Thanks

  The easiest thing is to put your copyright notice in a text widget, where it may be more visible than at the bottom of the theme.

  Also, if you want to bother with it, here’s the code I add at the end of every new post I make. It’s probably more complicated than you require because it adds background color and it shuts off the italics that would otherwise appear in blockquoted material. Also, you’ll want to link to your blog, not mine. Anyway, it’s an idea about what you can do:

  Thanks for that. I’ve tried it and still feel it would be better at the very bottom ascetically speaking plus as a widget it then won’t appear on any of the pages that are full width.

  Glad to help, at least by offering alternatives. You’re right, widgets don’t show up on full-width Pages. But then, many blogs don’t put creative work on Pages. If you do, then you’re right. Either way, aesthetics are up to the individual.
