Adding copyright to footer (non-premium plan)

  Hello there,

  Is it possible to add copyright information to my blog if I don’t have a premium plan? And if so, how?

  I don’t know if your theme has a Widget area or not – if you have a footer widget option put a link in a Widget to a Copyright page (that is what I did) – if your theme does not have a footer widget area or a sidebar widget option (should have one or the other – sorry I am not a theme person) – you can put the copyright notice on a Page and it will show up in the top menu

  if you don’t need the fancy link and there is a widget area you can put a simple notice like

  (c) your name 2015

  in a widget – I have a link to a page with a longer terms of usage thing –

  if you want to put a note right by the footer credits then you will need the CSS option – but the ideas I gave above are all free
