Adding copyright to WordPress website (using premium plan)
-
I have spent a significant amount of time on this subject and can’t find a solution… In general, I found two ways to approach the problem: (1) to install a plugin, (2) to edit functions.php file. Both of these approaches are explained here https://firstsiteguide.com/wordpress-copyright-notice/
However, I can’t do any of that. Plugins are only available for WordPress business plans and I use premium. As for functions.php – I also can’t access it! I even installed the FTP client but this approach also doesn’t work because, apparently, WordPress does not allow FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
Is there a way to solve this problem? I simply want to add a copyright notice to my website.

There is no really 100% protection against content theft. Soms tips regering content theft and padding a copyrights notice, https://en.support.wordpress.com/prevent-content-theft/
