Adding css and extra menu items

I need help in building my site like differentiating the type of post so that my visitors could go directly to what they want a navigation for like say, news instead seeing health tips the visitor goes directly to news. I don’t also know how to add css… Someone should please help me out.

Hi there,
You can do this using categories – assign different posts to different categories, and then add those categories directly to your menu. If someone then clicks on the menu link, they’ll get taken to the archive for that category, listing only posts on that particular topic.

Can you tell me what you’d like to change using CSS?
If you just want to know where to add it, you do that in the Customizer at Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS:
