Adding "custom background" to your body selector?
-
So, there are a multitude of issues with my blog. Upgrading pretty much hosed the whole thing. (Hum is the original theme. How regret pushing the “activate” button after upgrading.) However, I am trying to resolve my own errors first before I pursue fixing the formatting issues. I take responsibility for my stupidity.
Which line to I specify “custom background”? All I really did is change my background to #630f0d, and now I have a few CSS errors to resolve.
Is it here??
body {
line-height: 1;
background: #630f0d;
}Thank you for your help.

Instead of “body” as a selector, you might need to use “body.custom-background”
However, before working further on re-customizing, take a look at the CSS revisions on this page and see if you can find the one you want from before the recent changes:

Thank you for your help! I was on a deadline so I ended up scrapping my first mock-up page, and rebuilding that way. Fortunately, what I was working on wasn’t permanent, but your advice will help me on the final project.
