adding domain

    HI I an trying to add a domain i own from godaddy but wen i tried to add it it always routs me to plan i thought that i might need to upgrade my plan only issue is i can upgrade to personal or premium I’m only getting the business one why is this happening

    Hi @matthewyanx, that is weird but I think I’ve spotted the issue. The site used to have a Business Plan, but it hasn’t properly been downgraded.

    So it has plugins and a theme that won’t be compatible with a personal / Premium plan.

    Do you want us to downgrade the site so you can get personal or premium? Just note you will definitely lose the plugins and theme you’ve added, and may lose data you’ve added since then as well — particularly if it’s stored differently with your theme.

    If you re-add a Business Plan, it will work as it did before, with your additional features intact.
