Adding Domain $18 option not showing, only upgrade

  I want to add a domain but the only option I am given is to Upgrade to Premium. I only want to purchase the domain for $18/year, not upgrade to premium.

  Domains are no longer available for purchase individually. They are included with WordPress.com Premium. This change has been made as we work to offer the best combination of value for users while still offering a completely free product for those who do not wish to purchase any upgrades.
