adding domain didn't go through but I was charged anyways

This weekend I tried to add a domain to my site, and when I did, I was taken back to the domain page after I entered my payment info. The domain was never added. I tried three different payment options, all were charged, yet I have no domain. I completed the contact form for WordPress.com, but haven’t heard anything yet. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of them and resolve this issue?

Repeatedly sending tickets on the same issue does not expedite getting Staff attention. There are millions of WordPress.com bloggers and there aren’t millions of Staff members. :) There is a queue of tickets they must work their way through so please be patient knowing they will get to your ticket as soon as they possibly can.
