Adding domain nameservers for webmail
-
Hello,
I have webmail registered with 123-reg.co.uk, but in order for that webmail to work, I need to add these mx records to my WordPress account:
mx0.123-reg.co.uk priority 10
mx1.123-reg.co.uk priority 20I have contacted 123-reg.co.uk and they say that these can only be added by WordPress. Please could you advise on this?
Thanks.

Hi there,
You actually can add them yourself! You can log in to your account’s Dashboard and then go to the Store link >> Domains >> Edit DNS.
In the DNS window, you will need to add your two records like so:
MX 10 mx0.123-reg.co.uk MX 20 mx1.123-reg.co.ukAfter a period of 1 to 48 hours to allow for DNS propagation to occur, your email should work great!
