Adding domain to add G suite email

    I tried to add a domain in my account in order to link my G Suite account but when I typed it in Map This Domain, I got an error, saying ‘Domains ending with .za are undergoing maintenance. Please try a different extension or check back shortly.’ How do I get around this? Thanks

    Hi there,

    What is the full domain you’re trying to map?

    We don’t support registration of .za domains on WordPress.com, so we have nothing to do with maintenance for those domains. However, if the registry that controls that extension is undergoing maintenance, it means it’s not possible for us to check whether or not the domain is actually registered when you try to map it. In that case you’ll have to wait for maintenance at the registry to complete before you’ll be able to map the domain.

    The provider where you bought your domain should be able to give you more information about what type of maintenance this is, and how long it should last – typically domain maintenance doesn’t take more than a couple hours, so by now it will most likely already be over.
