Adding Domain to my wordpress site…

  I have purchased domain from another service provider. I want to add that domain to my website. Or you can say that I want to transfer my website to that domain.

  How to do that? Kindly explain me in steps.
  I could not understand your displayed details.

  Hello there,

  If you want to make it so the domain you have purchased takes people to your website, you need to map it to your current website. This is probably the solution that you are looking for. You can learn to do that here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  If however you want to transfer your website elsewhere, you will also need to purchase a hosting plan with your company of choice. You can learn more about moving your WordPress.com website here:
  https://move.wordpress.com/

  Yes to map a domain, you’ll need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site (Personal, Premium Business plan, or eCommerce.)
