Adding “Donate” button to my blog

  I ahve tried every post on here. Can someone “PLEASE” help me? The posts that were relevant to my quagmire were from 2006 and 2007. The blog format has changed drstically since then. Please help me put the donate paypal button on my blog somebody. :-(
