  Content like games that someone has made or legal mp3 tracks? i am more interested in the information for intergrating download of games that i have made?

  that doesnt really help, what am i trying to say is there any way i can put it up so then someone can either click on it and download or just play it embedded?

  Upload it and then create a link to it just like you would create a link to anything.

  The Box.net widget in your blog’s sidebar is also useful for this.
