Adding email addresses

  I have switched accounts and need to add email addresses but am unable to order through G-Suite because WordPress has to release my account so that I can add email addresses. How can I get this done when I just pay wordpress for the domain name but use another system to build the website?

  Hi there,

  On what domain do you have a G Suite subscription with us? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

  If you bought G Suite from us via a different account, there is no way to transfer that subscription to another account. If you’re moving your domain to another account and want to continue using G Suite, you’ll need to log into the account that currently owns the G Suite subscription and cancel it. That will cause the account to revert back to Google’s control, allowing you to set up billing directly with them to continue using it going forward.
