Adding email in Office 365 – can’t see old emails

    I recently purchased Microsoft 365 Business and added the domain and email using these instructions – https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/add-email-through-office-365. This all worked fine, except now I cannot see any old emails/calendar events in Outlook sent/received before moving to Office 365. These emails are only viewable in Gmail. The email address is the same – is there any way I can sync up my old emails in Outlook so they are all in one place?

    I’m not sure I’ve understood your question. To be sure, you are referring to emails you used to see in the Outlook app on your computer? The app used to show you your old Gmail emails, but now it shows only your newer emails through MS365 Business?
