Adding Email subscriptions on posts

  Dear WP Community,
  Does anyone know whether there’s a way to add an Email subscription at the bottom of every post on WP.com?
  At the moment you can only do this in your sidebar. Or so it seems.

  Thanks in advance for any help and/or tips.
