Adding end text to all posts

  Hi,

  I wish to add a small CTA to each post with a link to like our facebook page. basically I wish to add the text: If you liked this recipe, please follow us on facebook (but in Swedish).

  Since I do not wish to paste it into every post I ever make manually, I wish for it to be added automatically. Any way of doing that?
