Adding etsy badge

  I am trying to add the Etsy badge on my blog. I have the code but not sure how to do it. Assistance would be appreciated.

  Hi Mary,

  Sorry to hear that you’re having troubles! Some sites use code which isn’t allowed on our site, but I thought that Etsy used plain old HTML. If you want to paste your badge’s code here, I can take a look at it and make sure there’s nothing in there which we don’t allow.

  Any assistance would be appreciated as I’m definitely computer illiterate when it comes to these codes.

  Ah. You are missing an “http:” right before the “//img0” part. The completed thing should look like so:

  <img width="200" height="200" src="http://img0.etsystatic.com/site-assets/badges/en/en_isell_1.png">

  I do ask you to keep one thing in mind: We have a policy which disallows third-party advertising on WordPress.com. Directing others to your Etsy site is OK as long as it’s text links, but when it starts getting in to images you may run in to troubles. You’ll want to exercise caution.
