Adding extra layer to menus

Hello, I hope someone might be able to help me, I use the Lovecraft theme on my travel blog Love Travelling. I now have a lengthy list of destinations under Europe so I would like to create an ‘extra country layer’. I.e. Europe, Spain, Barcelona. I have managed everything myself up to now but am struggling to work out how to insert my extra ‘middle’ layer. I’m sure it must be possible and would be extremely grateful if someone could provide me with instructions. Thanks for your help.

I have now managed to create my nested menu but I need to know how to correct the country problems. For instance, under Spain my desired list of cities appear but for Spain itself it says nothing found. How can I amend this so it is a heading but not a page? Thank you
