adding facebook account

  My personal Facebook account is not showing up in Jetpack – only 4 accounts I manage – how can I solve this?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,

  Where are you seeing the accounts showing up? You can connect your own account for social sharing under Tools > Marketing > Connections.

  Here is more information about doing that.

  @jmills39 thanks for replying. I’ve used the method you mention and under ‘connections’ I only see the 5 FB accounts I administer, not my Dave Farrants FB page – see screenshot:

  Thank you for that information! We can only connect to Pages that Facebook permits, so could you please provide a direct link to the Page in question? This will help us check a few things on our end.

  Please note that Facebook only supports auto-sharing to public Pages used for businesses, organizations, or brands, and not to personal Facebook profiles.

  Again, my thanks for your assistance. That seems to answer the question, I’ll find another way to post to FB from WP.
