Adding Facebook as new page

  Can anyone help me figure out how to connect my facebook page directly to my blog? I would like to create a new page called “Facebook” and have it automatically redirect to my business fb account. I’m not looking to change my domain name just a page within the blog. Note this blog as an example: http://peachfarmstudio.wordpress.com/. Any help is much appreciated.
