Adding facebook badge

  I looked and couldn’t find this!

  I apologize, I am new, I looked at the instructions and it said to add the html and I couldn’t figure out where so that this badge was on my blog like I see on other people’s blogs in the upper right hand corner of their blogs, am I just totally missing it? Also, I see how so many have ‘ tags’ that you can click, I can’t seem to add these either? Sorry to be a bother, but just not understanding this widget thing, any help would be greatly appreciated and if it easier, please feel free to just email me, lol
