Adding Facebook comment plugin in my 8 years old wordpress.com blog

  I want to add Facebook coment plugin in my blog so that the reader can comment my post using their facebook id.My blog is princefaisalahmed.wordpress.com and its a 8 years old blog.I googled a lot and every post said there would be a add button it settings option in plugin section but there is no add option in plugin section in my blog dashboard.Thank you

  Hi.
  Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.
