Adding features to show in every post

Is there a place where I can put a widget so that it shows up in each post? Like if I want to add a RSS button for a post, or if I want to place google ads to show up in a post. I could do this with the old Blogger by going into the Template. I’m new to wordpress (but am liking it more each day), and I understand that I can’t change the code on the backend without hosting it in my own enviornment. Just wanted to check to see if I was missing something. Another example: I may develop a wordpress blog for a someone who wants a textual disclaimer on every post. I know i can physically plop it down each time, but wanted to see if there was one place I could put it to display in each post.

    Thanks for your time!

You’d have to physically add it each time if you use the WP editor. BlogDesk (an offline writer/editor) does have a functionality like this. Create a template with whatever you want to appear on every post and then when you start a new entry you just open the template.

Good suggestion. That was my backup plan, only I was going to use text editor (Mac). Thanks!

if I want to place google ads to show up in a post

    Re:Google ads
Please see my answer to you in the other thread you posted. No blogger initiated adsense is allowed on wordpress.com blogs.

If you want a monteized blog then you would be better served by hiring a web host and downloading a free template from http://wordpress.org

WordPress.com and wordpress.org operate on different software and have different policies https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=3700
