adding file to page as a pop up link

  trying to update a menu on one of our pages. Have uploaded the document in .doc format but cant figure out how to make the change on the actual page. Have tried inserting the new url but that doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions?

  Before inserting the file, select the text that you want to use as the link then find the file to insert and before clicking “insert into post, click the “file URL button, then click the insert into post button.
