Adding first image in all posts to featured image

    Hi i have managed to bulk upload posts by compiling some xml files and using All Import. But it either does not allow you to set a image or does not work as maybe a paid feature? Does anyone know a way i can set this so i can either add a image to each post and use that for featured image or whether i can use a shortcode to set the featured image to an external url when generating posts with All Import.
