adding flare social share plugin to my wordpress blog

  can i please have some instructions on the above? i have unzipped the file and have no clue as to how to add it on my wordpress blog

  Well, I’ll make things simple: you can’t. Plugins work for WordPress.ORG blogs on independent, paid hosting. Because WordPress.COM is a shared blogging platform, you don’t have the level of access to add plugins here, no matter what upgrades you purchase. It’s a security thing; essentially everyone on a theme is exposed to the greatest security risk deemed acceptable by the dumbest person on the theme, so what we can do in terms of plugins and code is pretty limited.

  You have built in sharing options on your Dashboard Settings->Sharing page.
