Adding Footnotes on Android App

The online documentation seems to show how to insert footers in wordpress via using the web/desktop version. — https://wordpress.com/support/how-to-add-footnotes/
I was wondering if it was possible to do this using mobile apps of wordpress? Like Jetpack or WordPress Android?
