Adding form elements to get_the_password_form()

    I’m looking for a way to capture a name and email on password protected pages. I looked for a way to integrate the comments functionality into it, but I’m not sure that’s what I’d like.

    Has anyone done anything like this before? Or maybe this is something very simple to do and I’m just missing it.
