adding forms to sites

  Hello,

  It would be easy if we could add a new plugin to automate the inscriptions of our members(in stead of printing the document,filling-up the data, scan the document and send it to our club-administrator)!
  Example : https://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-form-builder/installation/
  We’re using the following document :
  https://vzhalle.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/1_pdfsam_vzh_13062016_inschrijvingen_tentoonstelling-2016-halle.pdf

  Is there ant solution ?

  Hi Jean

  Plugins are not permitted on WordPress.com, only on self-hosted WordPress sites (which you can read more about at wordpress.org)

  Hello melindahelt,
  Thanks for your quick post and reaction!
  I’am using already the ‘wordpress-contact-form’…… but it’s only usefully and easy with small forms and when using only a few fields. But ok : I’ll try it but seems complicated and will take a lot of time ;-( . Next time we’ll use it is next year(+- septembre 2017 !)
  What I really want is : importing a spreadsheet(or create one in WP) and defining wich data-fields the members can add and fill-up => once ok : send the document to club-administrator ….. Maybe I’ve to search another software to create our site?…..
