Adding google search console

  I wanted to add google search console and google told me to download a file (google92250f96f170f14f.html) and to do the following steps below:
  2. Upload the file to https://capitalxblog.wordpress.com/
  3. Confirm successful upload by visiting https://capitalxblog.wordpress.com/google92250f96f170f14f.html in your browser.

  but i was unable to do it because i don’t know where to upload it, can you help me out pls.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com hosted blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
