Adding header tabs

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

Is there a simple way to add header tabs to a theme? I have a theme I’m interested in, but the tabs look very drab. I’m super skilled with Photoshop so I just want to update the look.

The theme is called “This just in.” I leafed through the images files and I did not see any images for the tabs in question, which I found odd. Is there a way to just drop in images I made on top of the tabs that are there (like just a quick cover up job)?

If not can anyone point me in the direction of creating custom tabs for a wordpress theme? Is it hard?

    Thank you,

    Scott A. Rinehart

No theme by that name is available for blogs hosted at wordpress.com, so I’ll take the liberty of assuming yours is a self-hosted blog. They are supported in the forums at wordpress.org.

Does that mean I am not able to add tabs at the top of the page? I just want to add tabs much as the wordpress home page do; you know, Apple tab-on-top style navigation…

Or maybe this is just a feature available only for Sandbox prepaid theme???

    Plz help!!!

If yours is a self-hosted blog, none of our answers will apply to you at all, and you need to go to WordPress.org for help.
