Adding header to About page

  Hello, I currently am using the harmonic theme on my website. On the blog page of the site it gives me the option to add a header and I can have it cycle through images. However, on my about and contact page, I do not have an option for a header. I can add a featured image, but that is not what I am trying to accomplish. If anyone could provide guidance, that would be greatly appreciated.
