adding headers on my homepage

  I switched my theme and it deleted the headers on my home page. HELP! I want the following headers on my homepage where the viewer can click and go to them to view: Blog, About, Resources.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll see a navigation option in upper right. Click that and you can set up your menu as you like.
