Adding Horizontal Scroll bar for images

    Hello, I’m fairly new to customizing my website. I’d like to know how to place a horizontal scroll bar on one of my portfolio pages. I have about 10 images that I want to included in the horizontal scroll bar. It will only be images no text. Is it possible to do this without a plugin?
