  Hi. I’m trying to add custom html to my site (pop up boxes with questions) but can’t seem to get it right. I’ve tried uploading the code several times but, when I click preview or view the live site, it just displays the code instead of having the questions pop up.

  Is there a way to get this to work? I’ve purchased the Premium package with the understanding it would work.

  The code you can use on the wordpress.com platform is very limited – Please check the list of supported HTML tags for the ones you can use – unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.

  However you can Create a Survey, Poll, or Quiz on Crowdsignal and insert that on your site – https://wordpress.com/support/forms/polls/#create-a-survey-poll-or-quiz-on-crowdsignal
