  Hi there, do you mean that you’ve created full webpages using HTML and now you want to upload them to your WPcom website?

  WordPress.com doesn’t quite work that way. Every WPcom website comes with an installed theme that you can change to a different theme in our theme showcase, but you cannot deactivate it entirely.

  If you have content that you’ve written in HTML, you can add that to your existing WPcom site either through the HTML block https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/ or through the Text tab of the WP Admin Classic Editor https://wordpress.com/support/beginning-html/2/
