You can post images in your sidebar as follows:
Copy the Url of the picture, add a text widget to your sidebar, paste the Url in there. -
Hi there – I know you can easily add a Flickr widget to WordPress but I would like to add my Snapzilla snapshots to my blog. Is there a way to do this? Since it’s not static, it would not be a text widget would it? Sorry for the noob question.

@gillianhelby
We can place “small” images in text widgets and display them in our sidebars and here are the instructions http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/18/put-an-image-in-your-sidebar/
Provided the image code is html and the images are “small” you should have no problem posting them.
However suffice to say that no one can answer your questions definitively unless you provide specifics. :) -
What formats does Snapzilla give you to use elsewhere? Do you see something like an RSS feed over there?

Thanks for the replies. Snapzilla functions exactly as the Flickr widget functions. However, when I place the HTML code in the text widget, nothing happens. I know it’s operator error – I just don’t know what I am doing wrong.
If you have the notion, the service I am trying to get on my blog is at http://www.sluniverse.com/pics/LivePanel.aspx
Thanks for your help. Very impressed with WordPress.

The code is for an iframe and it’s being stripped out to preserve securiy.
<iframe src='http://www.sluniverse.com/pics/lp.aspx?type=latest' width='160' height='600' frameborder='0' scrolling='no'></iframe>
I’m afraid the answer is “no” you cannot use snapzilla on a wordpress.com blog.As you are new I’d like to offer you some basic wp resources links that can be found in this thread http://wordpress.com/forums/topic.php?id=5257&replies=16

You can also place large images in your sidebar as well. YOu’re just going to muck up your sidebar though. :)
