adding hyperlink to a "click here" phrase
-
Hi!
I’m currently building my photography website and I’m listing out the different types of sessions I offer. On every page, I let the client know they can reach out to me via email for more info on pricing or questions they have.
I would love to have a sentence that says “click HERE to send me a message” and then have the word “here” linked to my contact page, or have some sort of pop-up contact form come up so they can send me an email.
I am so sorry for the ignorance in the wording of this question. I hope it wasn’t too confusing :)
Thanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. A pop-up contact form is not possible on WordPress.com, but you can create a contact form on a separate page using these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
To insert a link to that page in any other page or post, see the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/
HTML direct email links are also possible, but as the support doc points out those links can be read by spambots, so the contact from might be the better option.
If you need more help, don’t hesitate to ask :)

Hey thanks! That worked out great :)
I do have another question Kokkieh……it involves adding links to photos.
I eventually will have a page dedicated to giving my photography clients access to online galleries (through either PASS or Pixieset)
Is there a way to have the clients click on a particular photo I’ve added to the page and then have that photo direct them to their online gallery via the link?
Would I add this in the media gallery somewhere before loading the picture to the page?thanks again :)

You can most definitely link from images. You can add the link either when you insert the image into a post, or you can edit the image later to add it.
While inserting/editing the image, there should be an option in the image editor window that says “Link to”. Select “Custom URL” in the drop-down next to that option and paste in the URL where you want it to link.
If you want the link to open in a new window when people click the image, insert the image, and then click on it and click the pencil icon to edit the image. The setting to have the link open a new window will appear under the advanced options there.
