Adding image to page/bog title

  Hi there,
  I’m trying to add an image to the title area of a bog post – at the moment all my posts have only a text title (in the same font as it seems one cannot change fonts for individual posts). So I would like to be able to have an image at the top of the blog post for a change. Is this possible and, if so, how!

  Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I have tried this, but when the blog is published, the Title then appears on top of the featured image rather than below it. What I am trying to do is mimick an online newspaper (so have a header banner that is the newspaper name, but the title be the title of the article.
  Also, on the main blog page, I want the title and first picture to display, not the featured image.
  Perhaps I’m asking too much!
