Adding images and design to header

  Hi there,

  I’m wanting to customize my blog similar to this one here at http://michaelcheney.com
  I want to add photos in the header etc.How do i go about doing that?
  I also want use my domain name scottymcgregor.com which i have hosted with kiosk and have
  my wordpress blog uploaded to that domain somehow?
