Adding in links to your most recent posts to quickly navigate the site?

  I can’t figure out how you add in, I think its the widget appearance>recent posts or a widget that would allow the user to quickly navigate to the most recent posts etc

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Recent Posts widget would definitely do that, you can add it via Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard.
