Adding instant download or links to certain products

  We are wanting to add in instant downloads or emailed download links to pre sale album packages from our store. Basically 1 song link from one date of purchase then 3 weeks later they would get the 1st and second song links and then 3 weeks later the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I would also want the people who bought during the first one or 2 song time period to receive the link to the 3rd song. Is this possible and if so what are the steps?
